Through interactive and dynamic training modules, participants will receive an overview of the eCareCoordinator (eCC) clinical monitoring platform and the skills needed to onboard, triage, and manage population-level and individual patient care. Together, participants will learn how to employ protocols, surveys, and measurement tools for the most effective ambulatory population management. Best practices for maximizing efficiency and effectiveness of Telehealth, as well as best practices for utilizing the eCC digital suite, will be provided. Participants will walk away with a tool-kit of knowledge, as well as continued support from the Philips team, as the organization looks forward to going live with their Telehealth program.
