With a focus on administrative features, participants will receive an overview of the eCareCoordinator (eCC) clinical monitoring platform and the administrative roles that tie to security and functionality. Participants will receive enhanced training on creating protocols and surveys, running reports, and adding and managing users. Best practices for maximizing efficiency and effectiveness of Telehealth, as well as best practices for utilizing the eCC digital suite, will be provided.
