This 2-hour Virtual Speaker-Led Training course is designed to provide attendees knowledge of the standardized terms used to characterized breast lesions on ultrasound using ACR BI-RADS Lexicon.  Program topics include the definition of each ultrasound descriptor along with the sonographic representation of each.

  • Define ultrasound descriptors used in ACR BI-RADS classification system for categorizing breast lesions
  • Discuss how to characterize breast lesions using standardized terms in Breast Imaging Lexicon – Ultrasound
  • Discuss classification of breast ultrasound lesions through analysis of multiple features
  • Use standardized terms to communicate sonographic findings clearly and efficiently to physicians and patients
