Course description: 

In this 7-hour, eLearning course, engineers already trained on Allura Xper R8.2 will learn about the differences with the Azurion system in the areas of operating, planned maintenance, repair and troubleshooting the system. 

This course has a certification exam that consists of several questions. The engineer will be required to obtain a passing score in order to be considered as trained.

Course objectives: 

 

Upon successful completion of the course the engineer will be able to:

  • Identify hardware differences between Allua Xper R8.2 and Azurion systems
  • Use the operator's Electronic Instructions for Use (eIFU)
  • Explain the Azurion’s User Enhanced Operating Workflow
  • Identify the different user modules between Allura Xper R8.2 and Azurion
  • Understand Azurion user viewing options
  • Explain the difference between Azurion’s user system customization (previously called service customizations) on an Allura Xper R8.2
  • Use Philips Support Connect as the Azurion service platform
  • Identify the differences for planned maintenace from Allura R8.2 to Azurion
  • Use the service repair documents to repair an Azurion Field Replaceable Unit (FRU)
  • Understand how to use the troubleshooting Azurion system service document
