What you will learn

Course description:

Course Description:

It is Philips’ expectation that learners who participate in the Lets Talk! Webinar Program will be better positioned to serve their own customers. The two types of webinars being offered are infoBoost and Solution Share.

Experienced Applications Consultants (AC) who are actively supporting customers will feature both a knowledge transfer and an opportunity for asking pertinent questions during the infoBoost webinars. Each webinar targets a key area of knowledge which, when applied, will maximize the solution’s benefits in the learners organization.

Topics are developed based on feedback and observations of the Application Consultant team members as they interact with customers.  This allows each infoBOOST webinar to provide practical value to learners by addressing items that align with their daily experiences.

Let's Talk webinars are free of charge.

Program Objectives:

•Elevate your knowledge of the best practices to support Xper Information Management in your environment.
•Provide a new tool that is aligned with the managed service model to promote adoption of Xper Information Management within your particular environment.
•Provide a new platform for you to interact with Applications Consultants outside of product modernization or customer support engagements.
