Onsite Support. (Minimum of five (5) days' notice for all requests) A Philips Clinical Services Specialist will consult with the clinical staff on a mutually agreeable date and time to provide direct support for case support, image quality, education refresh and optimization as appropriate.

The Philips Clinical Excellence Agreement offers you on demand continuous clinical support, and an on-going clinical relationship for your Philips Magnetic Resonance System or Computed Tomography System or Image Guided Therapy System per the duration of your contract. The Philips Clinical Education Team will be there for you when you need us.

This Agreement provides you a combination of on-site and remote support activities by a Clinical Specialist during each contract year. These visits can be used for the following purposes and activities: Onsite case support, Staff Skills Assessment, New Hire Onboarding, Virtual Education, Philips Learning Center, Clinical Telephone Support.
