What you will learn

Course description: 

In this 5-day, instructor-led course, the engineer will learn how to troubleshoot the Brilliance/Ingenuity CT scanner using a structured approach through the use of CanTrace, Viewlogs and Visual Diagostics.  The engineer will will further extend skills to be able to diagnose and troubleshoot the majority of gantry, couch and console issues experienced in the field.

The engineer will have access to a live system, and at the end of the course, will be asked to complete a hands-on demonstration of your capabilities.        

All required materials and detailed instructions are provided by your instructor.

Course objectives: 

Upon succesful completion of the course the engineer will be able to:

  • Read and analyze CANTrace data
  • Read and analyze ViewLogs data
  • Read and analyze the CIRS Event logs
  • Use CANTrace, Viewlogs and the CIRS Event logs to troubleshoot problems
